There really is no substitute for sushi, is there? Though a relative newcomer to Bozeman’s cuisine scene, Seven Sushi has drawn a lot of fanfare for its Japanese- and American-style sushi, upscale vibe, groovy music, and vegetarian options, not to overlook the parking and easy access from MSU and Bozeman’s growing south side neighborhoods. Seven’s itamae supplement their traditional fare with innovative rolls like the Ziggy Stardust, the Powder Day, and the Naked Ninja. If you’re not into the whole dead fish thing, try their Wagu beef from a ranch just over the hill in Livingston.
If you're looking for... something closer to downtown, Dave’s Sushi is a perennial favorite with locals and just a block and a half from the bustle of Main Street.
Prices: C'mon, it's sushi. Rolls cost $8-$15, and the sashimi/nigiri options are $5-$8.
